Fit4Life Meet and Train groups have proved a very successful means of providing a focal point for recreational walkers, joggers and runners and has contributed enormously to club memberships and club activity for many of the athletic clubs running a Fit4Life session. If you are not currently a member of an athletic club but would like to join a regular training group and train with others of a similar level then have a look for your nearest Fit4Life club in the attachments below.
