Entry for the Wicklow Trail 22/44k on Saturday 12 April is now closed.
Big thanks to everyone who entered in time and made our job a lot easier. Numbers can be collected on the day. All participants must also register as members of the Irish Mountain Runners Association (can be done on day) and wear a number for insurance purposes. Everyone taking part in this race must have some notion of the hills and how treacherous they can be. Ideally they will have run at least one off-road race in the recent past. We recommend examining the route closely, investing in an Ordnance Survey Map 56 (or Harvey's map of Wicklow) and "reccy-ing" any part of the route you are not
sure of (Crone to Curtlestown is tricky). All starters must carry
a rain jacket and some food/water.
Trail running is an adventure sport and participants must take responsibility for their own safety at all times.
